Qingcun government and the Qingcun Town Anti-Fraud Center held a special employee awareness session at Huijue Group on 27 January 2026. Department representatives and employees attended the training, which focused on recognizing and responding to common telecom and online fraud methods.
Practical examples rather than abstract warnings
The session used real-world patterns to explain how fraud attempts develop. Topics included false shopping or refund messages, impersonation of public officials or company leaders, fabricated investment opportunities, fake loan offers, account or credit-report claims, online relationship scams and fraudulent game transactions. The examples showed how attackers build trust, create urgency and move victims away from official verification channels.
Particular attention was given to fake investment groups and impersonated e-commerce or logistics support. Employees were reminded to verify refunds and claims through the official platform, avoid unknown links and QR codes, protect one-time verification codes and pause before transferring funds. Suspicious communication should be independently checked and reported through the appropriate channel.
Why this belongs in company operations
Digital-security awareness is relevant to every department, not only the IT team. Sales, purchasing, finance, logistics and customer-service staff routinely handle payment instructions, shipping updates, contact details and external files. A convincing message sent at the wrong moment can become an operational risk even when the company’s technical systems are functioning normally.
The training therefore complements normal controls such as payment verification, account permissions, approved communication channels and incident reporting. In an international communications business, employees also need to be alert when requests appear to come from customers, suppliers or senior managers across different time zones.
Continuing awareness work
Huijue Group’s official report states that the company will continue cooperation with local authorities and organize further safety-awareness activities. Repetition is important because fraud tactics change, while the core response remains consistent: verify the identity, use trusted contact details, protect credentials and escalate unusual requests.
Customers should likewise confirm commercial and payment instructions through the contact details published on our official contact page.
