Telecom Cabinet & Fiber Optic Manufacturing

Factory capabilities

From cabinet fabrication to fiber connection testing

Huijue Group manufactures communications enclosures and fiber-connectivity products, with equipment integration for telecom power and network infrastructure. A bare enclosure, a fitted cabinet and a tested optical assembly have different production and acceptance requirements. Define that delivery boundary before comparing quotations.

OEM production, private labeling and custom manufacturing based on drawings or samples can be reviewed against the product structure, component list and order quantity.

Before production

Turn the drawing into an agreed build scope

A sample or outline drawing is the starting point. These four decisions determine what is fabricated, installed and checked.

Mechanical envelope
Confirm external dimensions, usable mounting depth, door swing, equipment mass, fixing points and cable-entry positions.
Materials & finish
Identify the material, sheet thickness, finish and color. Any sealing or corrosion requirement needs a defined acceptance method.
Installed components
Separate included rails, shelves, wiring, power equipment, cooling and monitoring from customer-supplied items.
Release criteria
Agree the drawing revision, inspection points, required test records, labeling and packing instructions before release.

Enclosure workshop

Cabinet fabrication, equipment fit and verification

The enclosure and its installed equipment must work as one maintainable assembly. Mechanical fit, routing and test scope deserve separate review.

Sheet-metal forming

Panel bends and fixing positions establish the usable enclosure space. Review rail depth, door clearance, hinges, cable openings and removable panels against the drawing—not just the outside dimensions.

Review point: material, thickness and critical dimensions.

Welded body and mechanical assembly

Fabrication brings panels and structural parts into the cabinet body. Joints and assembled doors need to leave the intended space for seals, equipment access and service panels. A finish or protection requirement is specified separately from the welding operation.

Review point: joints, access and drawing-defined fit.

Equipment installation and cable routing

For an integrated cabinet, confirm mounting positions, power distribution, wiring interfaces and the supplied equipment list. Routing must preserve maintenance access and keep electrical connections distinct from fiber pathways.

Review point: included components and incoming/outgoing interfaces.

Inspection matched to the supplied assembly

An empty enclosure and a powered system require different checks. Agree dimensional inspection, electrical checks, functional demonstrations and any project-specific laboratory work around the supplied configuration.

Review point: test conditions, acceptance criteria and report format.

Optical workshop

Cable preparation, connector finishing and optical checks

Connector appearance alone does not establish optical performance. The cable build, ferrule finish, loss measurements and multi-fiber mapping address different parts of the finished link.

Cable and connector preparation

Preparation includes cable cutting, jacket and fiber stripping, component loading and trimming. Depending on the connector construction, adhesive injection, vacuum processing, curing and crimping follow the assembly sequence.

Order inputs: fiber grade, cable structure, length and connector type.

Polishing and end-face inspection

Polishing develops the connector end face. Surface inspection and, where required, 3D geometry inspection examine different features; neither should be replaced by a visual check of the connector housing.

Order inputs: connector family, polish type and inspection requirements.

Insertion-loss and return-loss measurement

Optical measurements check the terminated connection using the specified test arrangement. Confirm wavelengths, reference method, connector interfaces and pass limits so the measurement record matches the purchased assembly.

Order inputs: wavelengths, limits and test-record requirements.

MPO channel mapping and polarity

A multi-fiber assembly also needs the intended channel mapping. Specify fiber count, connector gender, key orientation, polarity and breakout assignments together; loss measurements alone do not establish that the channels connect in the required order.

Order inputs: the end-to-end port map and breakout schedule.

Production handover

Agree acceptance records and packing before dispatch

Inspection and shipping preparation should follow the actual delivery scope. Optical assemblies need protected ends, identification and organized winding or packing. Cabinets need the agreed component list, accessory count and handling arrangement.

  • Identify the released drawing or configuration revision.
  • Agree the inspection records and test reports required with the order.
  • Confirm labels, included accessories, spare items and packing details.
  • Provide the delivery destination and any unloading or access restrictions.
