Eighth Huijue Group Cup Futsal Tournament Brings Local Teams Together

The eighth Huijue Group Cup five-a-side football tournament was held at the Fengxiang Sports Football Base on 1 November 2025. Six teams representing local government and public institutions, villages and communities, and companies including Huijue Group took part in the friendly competition.

A community event beyond the workplace

The tournament brought employees, local organizations and neighboring businesses together in a setting different from a meeting room or production floor. The event theme connected innovation and teamwork with competition on the pitch, while the mix of teams encouraged interaction across organizations that work in the same local community.

Representatives from Qingcun Town and the Fengxian District science and technology community attended the opening. Players and referees made their event commitments before the first match, and the day concluded with trophies, medals and individual acknowledgements.

Teamwork under pressure

Five-a-side football compresses decision-making into a small space: players must communicate quickly, adjust positions and support one another through constant transitions. Those habits have a clear parallel in project work, where engineering, production, quality, sales and logistics need to share information before a small issue becomes a schedule problem.

Huijue Group entered multiple teams in the tournament alongside community and other corporate teams; one of its teams received the championship trophy in the official event report. The result was celebrated, but the wider purpose was participation, health and stronger local relationships.

Building a sustainable company culture

Technical capability is only one part of a reliable manufacturing and project organization. Regular employee activities give colleagues opportunities to interact outside their usual departments and can make cross-functional communication more natural when they return to work. Community events also keep the company connected to the place where its teams live and operate.
