Passive optical distribution
Match splitter or WDM architecture to wavelength plan, ratio, package and insertion-loss targets.
A 12-fiber 0.9 mm pigtail set for splice trays and distribution cabinets, available in bundled or ribbon form with defined color coding.
The 12-fiber, 900 µm pigtail set has connectors at one end and prepared fibers at the other for fusion splicing. These pigtails are used in terminal boxes, integrated splice trays and optical cross-connect cabinets to transition from the incoming cable to adapter ports.
The set can use bundled or ribbon construction. A standard source configuration lists 1.5 m overall length and 0.5 m fan-out, with the twelve fibers identified by the conventional sequence from blue through aqua. Single-mode and multimode options are available.
Specify bundled or ribbon form, single-mode or multimode fiber, connector and polish, set length, fan-out length and tray routing. The source lists 6- and 12-fiber choices in the ordering data; this page centers on the 12-fiber 0.9 mm version.
Huijue Group can make OEM pigtail sets with drawing-defined length, connector mix, sequence labels and private-label packaging. Tray samples can be reviewed for fit. Fiber grade, end-face test, splice preparation, quantity and any nonstandard color map require confirmation.
Insertion Loss: ≤ 0.2dB Return Loss: ≥ 60dB
Operating Temperature: -40℃~+80℃
Repeatability: ≤ 0.1dB
Interchangeability: ≤ 0.2dB
Plugging Cycles: >1000 times

Store and route the 0.9 mm legs without tight bends or uncontrolled tension. The source lists -40°C to 80°C for the defined optical configuration; final suitability also depends on connector and jacket selection.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to 12-Fiber Pigtail Set, 900 µm selection, configuration and purchasing.
A pigtail uses the connectorized end at the adapter and the prepared end for fusion splicing to the incoming cable.
A different fan-out length can be reviewed from the tray drawing and routing requirement.
Yes. Bundle and ribbon formats are both listed, subject to the splice method and tray design.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
