Dual-End Fiber Optic Splice Closure

Dual-End Fiber Optic Splice Closure

Dual-End Fiber Optic Splice Closure protects optical cable joints, splice storage and route branching in a Polymer-modified plastic enclosure for maintainable fiber-network deployment.

Product Features

A 490 × 200 × 120 mm body weighs 3.5–4.0 kg in the source. Four 10–18 mm cable ports and up to three 24-core trays are described, with mechanical sealing and nut-compression cable entries.

The Dual-End Fiber Optic Splice Closure provides a 72-fiber splice arrangement with cable access at both ends. Its perimeter snap latches and separable nuts are intended to support repeated opening and cable-seal installation without relying on enclosure screws.

Selection & Configuration

Check latch access and the cable-preparation plan at both ends. Identify the installed trays and blank ports, then select support parts for aerial or duct deployment.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can assess OEM dual-end boxes, private-label serial marking and sample/drawing-based nut or bracket interfaces. Mold feasibility, tooling, resealing tests, quantities and delivery scope require confirmation.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to Dual-End Fiber Optic Splice Closure selection, configuration and purchasing.

Does mechanical sealing automatically mean IP68?

No numerical IP value is specified here. Confirm the rating and test conditions required for the supplied assembly.

What is the maximum documented single-fiber capacity?

Up to three 24-core trays and seventy-two fibers are described. Confirm the populated trays and sleeves.

Why check the separable nut details?

They affect cable preparation, seal fitting and maintenance access. Match them to the actual cable sizes.
