Passive optical distribution
Match splitter or WDM architecture to wavelength plan, ratio, package and insertion-loss targets.
Compact MT-RJ connectors and adapters with an RJ-style latch for two- or four-fiber links and high-density equipment-side connection.
MT-RJ fiber optic connectors and adapters combine multiple fibers in a compact plastic housing with an RJ-style locking mechanism. The current product data lists two- or four-fiber connection, making the format useful where panel density and quick push-pull handling matter.
Single-mode and multimode optical values differ, and the connector may be assembled with backbone-rated or LSZH cable structures. MT-RJ is a defined interface family, so the connector, adapter, fiber arrangement and equipment port must be confirmed together.
Specify two or four fibers, single-mode or multimode, connector gender and pin arrangement, cable construction and finished length. The listed operating range is -25°C to 70°C, while optical-loss and return-loss requirements should follow the chosen fiber mode.
Huijue Group can evaluate OEM cable assemblies, neutral or private-label packaging and sample-based MT-RJ interface matching. Fiber map, pin configuration, cable jacket, test limits, quantity and any new tooling must be approved before production.
| Parameter | Plug | Adapter | |
| Single-Mode (SM) | Multi-Mode (MM) | ||
| Insertion Loss (dB) | ≤0.3 (Typical Value), ≤0.55 (Maximum Value) | ≤0.2 (Typical Value), ≤0.55 (Maximum Value) | / |
| Return Loss (dB) | ≥35 | ≥25 | / |
| Plugging/Unplugging Cycles (Times) | ≥500 | ||
| Operating Temperature (℃) | -25~+70 | ||
| Tensile Strength (N) | ≥50, No such requirement for b0.9 products | / | |
| Steady-State Damp Heat | Temperature: +(40±2)℃, Relative Humidity: 90%~95% | ||
Keep the guide features and end faces free of contamination, avoid side load on the latch, and route the cable within its bend and tensile limits. Verify temperature and humidity exposure against the finished assembly.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to MT-RJ Fiber Optic Connectors & Adapters selection, configuration and purchasing.
The current series lists two- and four-fiber options. The mating equipment and exact fiber map must be confirmed.
They share the connector family but use different fiber and optical performance requirements; specify the network fiber type when ordering.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Match splitter or WDM architecture to wavelength plan, ratio, package and insertion-loss targets.
Coordinate connector, polish, fiber grade, polarity and cable length across patching points.
Plan MPO/MTP trunks and harnesses around port mapping, breakout format and rack density.
Select splicing, cleaning and test tools for the connector types and measurements used on site.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
