Pre-Terminated MPO/MTP Trunk Cable

Pre-Terminated MPO/MTP Trunk Cable

A factory-terminated MPO/MTP trunk for high-density backbone cabling, configurable by fiber count, polarity, connector gender, loss grade and length.

Product Features

  • Factory-terminated MPO/MTP-to-MPO/MTP assembly.
  • Multiple fiber counts for backbone and consolidation links.
  • OS2, OM3, OM4 and OM5 fiber choices.
  • Type A, B and C polarity configurations.
  • Male/female and standard- or low-loss connector options.
  • Micro-cable, ribbon and round-cable structures with PVC or LSZH jackets.

Pre-Terminated MPO/MTP Trunk Cable consolidates multiple fibers into factory-finished MPO/MTP connectors for fast backbone installation between panels, cassettes or compatible equipment. It reduces field termination work and pathway volume where a defined high-density channel map can be approved before manufacture.

The current product record covers 8, 12, 24, 48 and 72 fibers, OS2, OM3, OM4 and OM5, male or female connectors and Type A, B or C polarity. Those variables are interdependent: a trunk is only usable when its pinning, key orientation and fiber map match every component at both ends.

Selection & Configuration

Define fiber count and type, connector gender, key orientation, polarity, loss grade, cable structure, jacket and exact length. Supply a port-to-port map for every trunk. The verified product record for this page conflicts with the current trunk configuration, so only the current approved specifications should be used until a matching source drawing is confirmed.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can manufacture OEM or private-label trunks from an approved polarity drawing and label schedule. Customer samples can support compatibility checks. Ferrule grade, cable geometry, pulling protection, end-face test, length tolerance, quantity and tooling must be confirmed.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to Pre-Terminated MPO/MTP Trunk Cable selection, configuration and purchasing.

Why is a polarity drawing required?

MPO/MTP trunks carry many fibers. A wrong keying, gender or Type A/B/C map can misroute every channel even when the connectors mate.

Can the same trunk be used for OS2 and OM4?

No. Fiber mode and connector/end-face configuration are selected for the intended channel and equipment.

Can custom channel labels be factory applied?

Yes, a private-label or project label schedule can be reviewed with the approved port map.
