Equipment rooms
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
A ventilated server enclosure with mesh front and rear doors, removable panels and a documented 1000–1200 kg static-load range for IDC installations.
The single-opening front mesh door has a stated opening rate above 70%, while the double-opening rear mesh door is listed above 65%. Removable side-panel sections provide additional installation and maintenance access.
The IDC Server Cabinet houses servers, storage and networking equipment in a closed frame with service access through doors and removable panels. Its role is to coordinate the mechanical installation with the room’s airflow and power routes.
Compared with selecting a cabinet only by rack height, server installation also demands attention to the depth of rails, rear connectors and the path used to remove heavy equipment. The cabinet layout should therefore be reviewed together with the server schedule and room plan.
Check total mass and its distribution across the rails and shelves, together with floor loading and transport access. Mesh opening percentages describe the door construction; actual equipment temperatures still depend on room cooling, blanking, cable congestion and the equipment airflow pattern.
Huijue Group can manufacture an IDC enclosure to an agreed OEM or private-label brief and evaluate sample or drawing references. Changes to perforation, panel layout or load-bearing parts need confirmation of engineering, tooling, testing, quantity and delivery scope.
Provide server rail dimensions, cabinet height and depth, installed mass, front/rear aisle clearance, PDU locations, cable-entry arrangement and panel/accessory requirements.
| Operating Temperature | -5℃~55℃ |
|---|---|
| Storage Temperature | -20℃~+55℃ |
| Operating Relative Humidity | Not more than 80% (at +30°C) |
| Storage Relative Humidity | ≤90%~96%(40℃±2℃) |
| Atmospheric Pressure | 65~110kpa |
Use in server and storage rows, IDC network areas and indoor equipment rooms that require enclosed rack mounting with ventilated doors.
The listed protection is IP20. Operating temperature is -5°C to 55°C, with operating humidity not exceeding 80% at 30°C; installed IT equipment may require narrower conditions.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to IDC Server Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.
They describe the mesh doors: above 70% at the front and above 65% at the rear. They are not a cooling-capacity rating for a loaded cabinet.
No handling rating is established by the static-load range. Transport, caster loading and movement must be reviewed for the final assembly.
Provide the server mounting format, rail kit, front-to-rear post spacing and total installed depth including power and network connectors.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
Coordinate cabinet capacity, cable routes, airflow and planned expansion.
Package network equipment within compact distributed infrastructure sites.
Add capacity while accounting for existing racks, routes and maintenance space.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
