Equipment rooms
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
A floor-standing server cabinet with mesh doors, removable sides and defined rack interfaces for arranging servers, storage, network equipment and cable termination.
A steel frame carries a single-opening front mesh door and double-opening rear mesh doors. The source lists front and rear opening rates above 70% and 65%, respectively. Removable side panels help with initial assembly and servicing.
Floor mounting, optional casters and leveling feet are described. The cabinet's stated static-load range is 1000–1200 kg, and the enclosure protection is IP20.
The Server Rack Cabinet creates an enclosed mounting space for IT devices and cable termination. It is intended to be specified alongside the equipment rails and room layout, so installation access and later equipment replacement can be planned before the cabinet is populated.
When used for deeper servers or storage, the external depth is only one selection dimension. Rail engagement, rear connector space, PDU position and the working area outside the doors must all be considered.
Huijue Group can review a server-cabinet drawing or reference sample for OEM manufacture and private-label supply. Requested rail, finish and enclosure changes are evaluated for engineering feasibility, tooling and testing before quantity and delivery scope are agreed.
Supply cabinet U-height, rail and depth requirements, server models or dimensions, installed load, door arrangement, grounding connections and the shelf, PDU and cable-manager schedule.
| Operating Temperature | -5℃~55℃ |
|---|---|
| Storage Temperature | -20℃~+55℃ |
| Operating Relative Humidity | Not more than 80% (at +30°C) |
| Storage Relative Humidity | ≤90%~96%(40℃±2℃) |
| Atmospheric Pressure | 65~110kpa |
Relevant uses include rack-mounted server rooms, storage equipment areas and communications rooms with enclosed IT racks.
Operation from -5°C to 55°C is listed, with operating humidity no greater than 80% at 30°C. Choose the room operating conditions from the complete equipment schedule.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to Server Rack Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.
The enclosure record does not establish a rail kit for each server. Identify the equipment and list the required kits separately in the supply schedule.
Measure the device and rails, rear connectors, cable bends and any rear-mounted PDU or manager. Compare that combined envelope with the proposed internal cabinet arrangement.
The documented enclosure protection is IP20. An exposed outdoor installation would require a separately assessed enclosure and environmental design.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
Coordinate cabinet capacity, cable routes, airflow and planned expansion.
Package network equipment within compact distributed infrastructure sites.
Add capacity while accounting for existing racks, routes and maintenance space.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
