Outdoor Air-Conditioned Cabinet

Outdoor Air-Conditioned Cabinet

A single-compartment outdoor cabinet with 15U usable equipment space, insulated sheet-metal walls and compressor cooling for compact communications equipment installations.

Product Features

A welded sheet-metal frame supports double walls with 20 mm EPS insulation and a 0.8 mm inner steel sheet. Four bottom glands provide entry routes for power, fiber and copper cables. Three-point locking and internal fasteners support controlled access.

A 300 W air conditioner is listed in the example configuration; alternative compressor cooling capacities require selection against the cabinet heat balance. Door sensing, lighting and grounding provisions are also described.

The Outdoor Air-Conditioned Cabinet, HJ-XDF-JF21, organizes active equipment and its supporting power, cabling and thermal control in one front-access enclosure. It suits sites where a small equipment footprint still requires an enclosed cooling arrangement.

The product configuration describes a nominal 16U cabinet providing 15U of equipment mounting space. Use the usable-space figure when planning equipment, and allow for power distribution and monitoring modules rather than filling every unit with customer equipment.

Selection & Configuration

  • Confirm equipment depth, connector space and the final usable rack allocation.
  • Provide heat dissipation, solar exposure and design ambient temperature for cooling selection.
  • Specify AC or DC cooling supply and the required PDU, shelves and sensors.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can review this compact cabinet for OEM supply or private labeling, including changes based on a sample or customer drawing. Modified size, mounting and cooling arrangements need engineering approval of feasibility, tooling, tests, quantity and delivery scope.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

Provide a 15U equipment layout, heat-load schedule, supply voltage, cable count and mounting location for a focused quotation.

Installation Notes

The source lists IP55 or higher protection. Confirm the delivered enclosure rating together with cable glands and the selected cooling unit; no temperature range is assigned to every configuration.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to Outdoor Air-Conditioned Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.

Should I plan for 16U or 15U of equipment?

Use the documented 15U equipment space. The nominal cabinet description is 16U, so confirm the detailed rail layout before ordering.

Is the listed 300 W cooling unit suitable for my radio equipment?

Suitability depends on internal heat, ambient temperature, insulation and solar gain. Submit these inputs before fixing the cooling capacity.
