Tower Company Outdoor Power Cabinet

Tower Company Outdoor Power Cabinet

Double-door outdoor telecom power cabinet integrating a battery bay, rectifier section, AC/DC distribution and configurable thermal control.

Product Features

  • Integrated power-equipment and battery compartments.
  • Standard 200 A rectifier arrangement using 4 × 50 A modules.
  • 80 W/K DC heat exchanger; 300 W/220 V AC battery-bay air conditioner listed as an option.
  • Outdoor structures include protected locks, grounding compartment and concealed fastening details.
  • Protection varies with the thermal arrangement; confirm the exact ordered enclosure rating.

The Tower Company Outdoor Power Cabinet consolidates a battery compartment, switching rectifier, AC distribution and DC distribution in a 2000 × 700 × 700 mm floor-standing enclosure. The standard source configuration uses a 200 A modular rectifier system built from four 50 A modules and an 80 W/K heat exchanger.

Its flat double-door arrangement and 19-inch internal rack support outdoor base-station equipment while keeping power and battery service areas organized. Air conditioning or intelligent ventilation can be evaluated instead of the standard heat exchanger when the site heat load demands another thermal approach.

Selection & Configuration

Confirm DC load current, rectifier redundancy, battery size, backup time and equipment U-space. The selected thermal system must be based on internal heat, ambient profile and solar load. Also state required enclosure protection, cable entry, grounding, anti-theft features and foundation dimensions.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can assess compartment layout, rack rails and identity for OEM/private-label programs using approved samples or drawings. Engineering must confirm structural and thermal feasibility, fabrication tooling, equipment list, ingress/load tests, production quantity and the delivery/site-installation boundary.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

  • DC load, module redundancy and branch schedule
  • Battery model, quantity, dimensions and backup target
  • Thermal load and required heat exchanger/fan/air conditioner
  • Site environment, plinth drawing, cable route and rack-space needs
