Fan-Cooled Outdoor Cabinet

Fan-Cooled Outdoor Cabinet

A dual-compartment fan-cooled enclosure with 20U equipment spaces and opposing service doors, designed to organize outdoor communications equipment and its site-support components.

Product Features

  • Source-described 20U equipment space per compartment and four opposing doors.
  • Double-wall sheet-metal construction with 20 mm EPS insulation.
  • Two medium AC fans per compartment, with DC fan arrangements available for review.
  • Six bottom cable glands, internal fasteners and three-point locking.

The HJ-XDF-JF04 Fan-Cooled Outdoor Cabinet uses two compartments to arrange outdoor equipment with separate service access. Front and rear doors help installers reach the rack and cable connections when the site provides clearance on both sides.

Ventilation selection is central to this cabinet. Fans move air through the cooling arrangement; the equipment temperature limits and local ambient conditions must therefore be checked before using this enclosure for a particular heat load.

Selection & Configuration

Lay out equipment and cables for each compartment independently. Confirm whether quoted rack capacity is available after distribution and monitoring modules are installed. Keep the inlet, outlet and rear-door service zones clear in the site layout.

Manufacturing & Customization

As manufacturer, Huijue Group can consider OEM or private-label JF04 builds and modifications developed from samples or drawings. Fan supplies, shelves and cable-entry changes require confirmation of engineering feasibility, tooling, tests, order quantity and delivery scope.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

  • Equipment layout for both compartments
  • AC or DC fan supply and total heat dissipation
  • Front/rear clearances, cable routes and sensor requirements

Applications

Consider this arrangement for rooftop, roadside and railway communications sites where front/rear access and fan cooling suit the equipment schedule.

Installation Notes

IP55 or higher is source-listed. Review dust, rain exposure, ambient heat and the fan maintenance plan for the installed cabinet, including cable-entry seals.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to Fan-Cooled Outdoor Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.

Does dual compartment mean I can use all space for radio equipment?

Allocate space for power, monitoring and cable management first. The final rack drawing must show the usable space in each compartment.

Can DC fans be requested?

The source permits AC or DC selection. Confirm voltage, fan arrangement and the resulting thermal design with the quotation.

How much rear access is needed?

That depends on door swing, equipment depth and maintenance tasks. Supply the site plan so working clearances can be checked.
