30–50 kWh Telecom Battery Cabinet

30–50 kWh Telecom Battery Cabinet

Indoor CBI and outdoor CBO telecom battery cabinets offering 30 or 50 kWh maximum capacity on a monitored 48 V-class storage platform.

Product Features

  • HJ-CBI-030W and HJ-CBO-030-W: up to 30 kWh and 180 A maximum current.
  • HJ-CBI-050-W and HJ-CBO-050-W: up to 50 kWh and 300 A maximum current.
  • BMS supervision covers common battery fault conditions.
  • 4G or Ethernet remote monitoring can be configured for status and alarms.

The 30–50 kWh Telecom Battery Cabinet separates storage-capacity selection from enclosure-environment selection. CBI models are intended for indoor floor-standing installation; CBO models serve outdoor floor-standing sites. Each environment is offered with a 30 kWh or 50 kWh maximum-capacity configuration.

The common architecture uses a 48 V battery system with a documented 40–60 V range. Integrated BMS supervision and configurable remote status reporting support backup management, while the outdoor versions can be reviewed with fan or air-conditioning thermal control.

Selection & Configuration

Check current as well as energy: increasing backup capacity does not remove DC bus, cable or protection limits. Confirm rectifier charge settings, usable battery energy, outage duty and the required charge/discharge conditions. Obtain the exact protection rating and thermal package for the quoted CBO assembly.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can review OEM cabinet identity, private-label documentation and storage assemblies based on drawings or a reference sample. Battery chemistry, cable access and cooling changes depend on engineering feasibility, tooling, verification tests, order quantity and agreed delivery scope.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

Include environment, 30/50 kWh preference, continuous/peak current, required runtime, rectifier data, cooling method, cable entries and 4G/Ethernet reporting needs.

Applications

  • 4G/5G base-station backup
  • Remote island or border communications
  • Mining and temporary communications sites requiring larger battery reserves

Installation Notes

Specify indoor CBI or outdoor CBO construction explicitly. Outdoor projects should declare solar exposure, dust, moisture, corrosion and temperature so the thermal and enclosure requirements can be reviewed.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to 30–50 kWh Telecom Battery Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.

What does CBI versus CBO mean for selection?

CBI denotes the listed indoor cabinet versions and CBO the outdoor versions. Choose enclosure environment before finalizing capacity and cooling.

Can the 30 kWh cabinet supply 300 A?

The 30 kWh versions list 180 A maximum current. The 300 A value belongs to the 50 kWh versions; operating conditions and protection still need confirmation.

Is outdoor air conditioning mandatory?

Fan and air-conditioning options are listed. The appropriate thermal package depends on ambient conditions, battery heat and the operating limits of the selected battery build.
