Outdoor Hybrid Telecom Energy Cabinet

Outdoor Hybrid Telecom Energy Cabinet

Outdoor HJ-CHO hybrid power cabinets spanning compact 6 kW pole sites to 36 kW floor-standing stations with matched storage and renewable-input options.

Product Features

  • Grid-connected and off-grid project arrangements are described.
  • Optional PV or wind input can be reviewed for the local energy resource.
  • All listed models use 48 V battery architecture with a 40–60 V range.
  • The compact version is fan-cooled; larger cabinets list fan or air-conditioning options.

The Outdoor Hybrid Telecom Energy Cabinet coordinates rectifier, MPPT and storage functions for outdoor communications loads. Its four configurations cover very different site scales: 6 kW with 5 kWh, 12 kW with 20 kWh, 24 kW with 40 kWh and 36 kW with 80 kWh.

HJ-CHO-06005-W is the compact pole-mounted version, measuring 700 × 580 × 450 mm. The larger cabinets stand on the floor; the 36 kW HJ-CHO-36080-W measures 2200 × 1500 × 850 mm. Foundation, access and transport planning therefore change significantly across the range.

Selection & Configuration

Choose from peak power, daily energy and required backup time. Check battery-only current and usable storage independently of the cabinet maximum power. Off-grid planning requires seasonal generation and recovery calculations, while a grid-assisted installation also needs a defined response to utility loss and restoration.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can review outdoor hybrid configurations for OEM or private-label supply, including sample-based and drawing-based work. Mounting, thermal packages, input modules and feeder layouts require engineering confirmation of feasibility, tooling, validation tests, order quantity and the final supply scope.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

Provide load profile, backup hours, grid/off-grid mode, PV/wind resource, AC and DC outputs, battery duty, mounting arrangement, thermal requirements and monitoring interface.

  • Remote renewable-assisted communications
  • Island, mining or construction sites with limited utility service
  • Compact pole nodes requiring local power and storage

Installation Notes

State temperature extremes, humidity, corrosive exposure and direct sunlight. Confirm enclosure protection and cooling against the actual build, along with pole strength or floor-foundation capacity.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to Outdoor Hybrid Telecom Energy Cabinet selection, configuration and purchasing.

Which outdoor hybrid model is intended for pole installation?

HJ-CHO-06005-W is the documented 6 kW/5 kWh pole model. The 12, 24 and 36 kW models are floor-standing.

Can I choose the largest cabinet from peak watts alone?

Peak watts establish only part of the requirement. Daily consumption, backup current, storage autonomy, renewable input and recovery time also determine the appropriate configuration.

Are these cabinets suitable for off-grid projects?

Off-grid configurations are described, but viability depends on the measured load, seasonal renewable resource and battery sizing. The energy design must be confirmed for each site.
