Core equipment rooms
Coordinate DC power, distribution, batteries and monitoring around communications loads.
HJ-BC-R18 and HJ-BC-R36 rack-format PV control platforms for telecom solar integration, with 18 kW or 36 kW classes in 2U/4U formats.
The Rack-Mount Telecom Site PV Control Power Unit adds a site-energy control platform within a communications rack. HJ-BC-R18 and HJ-BC-R36 suit projects that already have a suitable cabinet and want to coordinate photovoltaic input without installing a separate floor-standing control enclosure.
The rack assembly can be configured alongside rectifier, inverter, distribution, monitoring and optional wind modules. These functions should be identified in the quotation individually: a platform capable of integration does not mean every source or conversion module is included in the base unit.
Prepare a module schedule from PV array voltage/power, required DC and AC outputs, battery connection and protection. Reserve rack depth beyond the 380 mm chassis for connectors and cable bends. Outdoor use requires a host enclosure that provides the environmental control appropriate to the installed components.
Huijue Group can assess rack-unit OEM labeling, private-label builds and approved sample/drawing layouts. Module compatibility, front-panel tooling, protection tests, quantity and the boundary between controller supply and site integration require engineering confirmation.
Send PV string data, load and output voltages, available rack units/depth, required rectifier/inverter modules, battery interface, circuit protection and monitoring protocol.

Install in a suitable indoor rack or protected outdoor cabinet. Check host airflow, ambient limits, grounding, usable depth and access to the selected source and output connections.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to Rack-Mount Telecom Site PV Control Power Unit selection, configuration and purchasing.
The platform can be configured alongside inverter functions, but inclusion and rating must be stated in the bill of materials. Define which loads need AC output.
The R18 uses 2U and the R36 uses 4U, both with a listed 380 mm chassis depth. Allow additional space for cable management and the selected installation clearances.
Outdoor site use requires an appropriate host rack enclosure and environmental design. The rack-unit format alone does not establish weather protection.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Coordinate DC power, distribution, batteries and monitoring around communications loads.
Use integrated or wall-mounted systems where equipment space is limited.
Match generation, storage and power conversion to load and autonomy requirements.
Combine grid, solar, battery or generator inputs around a defined operating strategy.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
