A supplied-air containment system using modular roof sections, sealed access doors and fire-linked openings to organize cold-air delivery at server cabinet fronts.
Each modular unit can be connected to adjacent sections and removed for service. The assembly uses cabinet-front mounting, sealed door openings and a threshold-free access arrangement.
Standard Cold Aisle Containment System creates a dedicated supply-air passage in front of server cabinets. By closing the passage with roof and door assemblies, the room designer can define where cooled air is delivered and how it reaches equipment inlets.
The source describes cold air entering through the raised floor beneath the aisle, with warmed air returning at the top of the room. Confirm that this airflow strategy matches the actual room before selecting the enclosure components.
Map the supply-floor openings, cabinet widths and heights, blank spaces and end closures. The reference range is 6–15 cabinets, 1–8 kW at each cabinet and 24–100 kW total. The thermal design must still establish supply volume and temperature for the actual load distribution.
Agree roof linkage, door access and fire suppression behavior as part of the site design and acceptance procedure.
