24-Core ODF Distribution Unit

24-Core ODF Distribution Unit

24-Core ODF Distribution Unit provides structured optical termination, splicing and patching with a listed capacity of 24 cores for equipment-room fiber management.

Product Features

  • 482 × 250 × 88 mm cold-rolled steel enclosure.
  • Two 12-core integrated trays.
  • FC, SC and ST adapter support described.
  • Cable entry guidance of 6–18 mm and a lockable door.

The 24-Core ODF Distribution Unit brings two groups of twelve fibers into a 19-inch frame. It combines splice storage and adapter access within a compact metal unit suited to smaller distribution systems.

Selection & Configuration

Confirm rack mounting, cable approach and the connector/pigtail population. Allow room to open the unit and work on trays without loading patch cords.

Manufacturing & Customization

Huijue Group can assess OEM 24-core units, private-label faceplates and samples or drawings for rack interfaces. Sheet tooling, feasible layouts, optical checks, quantities and delivery scope need confirmation.

Information for an Accurate Quotation

Include frame details, twenty-four-port map, connector polish, cable diameter and required trays/pigtails.

Application planning

Where this product family fits

Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.

Central offices and equipment rooms

Organize high-capacity termination, cross-connection and patching with defined service access.

Street and building distribution

Place splitter, terminal and distribution boxes at the correct feeder-to-drop transition.

Outside-plant splice points

Protect branching and splicing around cable entries, sealing, tray capacity and mounting method.

Network expansion

Reserve fibers, ports and internal routing space for staged subscriber or backbone growth.

Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
