Equipment rooms
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
A perforated steel rack shelf with standard and reinforced variants for supporting non-rack equipment or batteries in cabinets with documented 450–1200 mm depth options.
Fixed Rack Shelf provides a bolted platform for equipment that does not mount directly to rack rails. It can also be considered for battery support when the load, footprint and mounting arrangement have been checked for that use.
The shelf remains fixed during operation rather than sliding out for service. Its perforations permit airflow through the supporting surface, while its depth and fixing positions need to match the cabinet’s internal rail geometry.
Confirm front-to-rear rail spacing rather than using cabinet outer depth alone. Provide equipment footprint, weight and load distribution, together with required front and rear support. The quoted load must apply to the final shelf variant and its approved mounting arrangement.
Huijue Group can review a shelf drawing or physical sample for OEM and private-label production. Depth, reinforcement, mounting holes and finish changes require engineering agreement on tooling, load tests, quantity and delivery scope.
Send cabinet and rail drawings, equipment dimensions and mass, loading pattern, shelf depth, standard or reinforced preference, mounting hardware, finish and quantity.

For indoor racks or protected cabinets, with a stated operating range of -5°C to 55°C. Check the installed equipment's own environmental limits.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to Fixed Rack Shelf selection, configuration and purchasing.
Not automatically. Internal post spacing, usable width and mounting-hole locations must match the shelf drawing.
No. The source distinguishes standard and reinforced versions. Select the version and verify its installed load arrangement.
This is a fixed bolted shelf. If slide-out access is required, request a separately assessed support arrangement.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
Coordinate cabinet capacity, cable routes, airflow and planned expansion.
Package network equipment within compact distributed infrastructure sites.
Add capacity while accounting for existing racks, routes and maintenance space.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
