A two- or four-fan cabinet exhaust module using 12038 fans, with thermostat or rotary-switch options for coordinating airflow through network and telecom enclosures.
Rack Fan Cooling Module provides forced exhaust airflow for an equipment cabinet. A steel mounting plate carries the fan set and selected controls, giving the cabinet designer a defined fan assembly to coordinate with air inlets and the internal equipment layout.
Exhaust ventilation exchanges cabinet air with its surroundings. Its effect depends on room temperature, available inlet area and equipment heat, so fan quantity should be chosen through a thermal review rather than assumed to represent a fixed cooling capacity.
Provide the cabinet top opening, hole pattern and width. Confirm supply voltage, connector, required airflow and the complete air path before selecting two or four fans. Agree thermostat setpoint, control behavior, noise target and whether a fan failure must be detected or tolerated.
Huijue Group can assess OEM fan plates, private-label assemblies and sample- or drawing-based mounting interfaces. Fan selection, controls, tooling, electrical and thermal tests, quantity and delivery scope require engineering confirmation.
Send cabinet width, opening drawing, heat load, airflow requirement, fan count, supply voltage, control method, noise and redundancy requirements, connector and quantity.
| Fan options | 2 × 12038 / 4 × 12038 |
|---|---|
| Cabinet width | 600 mm / 800 mm |
| Control options | Thermostat / rotary switch |
| Operating temperature | -5°C to 55°C |
| Storage temperature | -20°C to 55°C |
| Atmospheric pressure | 65–110 kPa |
For network, server and telecom cabinets, indoor distribution enclosures and other suitable cabinets requiring forced top exhaust.
The operating range is listed as -5°C to 55°C and storage as -20°C to 55°C. Install within an appropriate cabinet environment and check the limits of the selected fans and controls.
Buyer Questions
Answers specific to Rack Fan Cooling Module selection, configuration and purchasing.
No. Confirm airflow and pressure conditions against the actual heat load, room temperature and inlet/exhaust route. Fan count alone is insufficient.
This record does not establish a universal voltage. State the available supply and required electrical interface for the proposed fan module.
Cabinet width is only a starting reference. Compare the top opening, fixing holes, plate dimensions and clearances with the cabinet drawing.
Use the deployment context to narrow the configuration before comparing dimensions, capacities and options.
Organize racks, pathways and service access around active network equipment.
Coordinate cabinet capacity, cable routes, airflow and planned expansion.
Package network equipment within compact distributed infrastructure sites.
Add capacity while accounting for existing racks, routes and maintenance space.
Before quotation: confirm capacity, interfaces, installation environment, power conditions, quantity and required options.
