Core equipment rooms
Coordinate DC power, distribution, batteries and monitoring around communications loads.
380 V AC row-end cabinet with CT-based branch metering, local alarm storage and RS485 Modbus plus Ethernet monitoring interfaces.
The AC Row-End Power Distribution Cabinet distributes 380 V three-phase power to equipment-row loads while measuring the incoming and outgoing circuits. Breakers and copper busbars form the primary distribution path; current transformers collect branch and main electrical data for local display and upstream facility monitoring.
Configurable level-based over-limit and trip alarms can be stored locally for maintenance analysis. RS485 Modbus and Ethernet interfaces allow power data to be integrated with a power-and-environment monitoring system in data centers and other high-availability technical rooms.
Start with the row load schedule, diversity, phase balance and redundancy topology. Specify incoming/output current, circuit count, CT ratios, metering points, alarm thresholds and digital I/O. The source design lists Imax 40 kA surge protection and protection rating at least IP30; verify both against the room and coordination study.
Huijue Group can review doors, cabinet dimensions, sheet thickness, circuits and OEM/private-label identity from drawings or a sample. Engineering confirms layout feasibility, sheet-metal tooling, the network map, electrical/monitoring tests, production quantity and the factory-to-site delivery boundary.
